Thank you for wanting to our temple, there are a few things you should know about before you make your request;

First, you MUST fill out all fields in the request form.

Second, you must tell us why you want to use the temple in the message section, the times you need the temple (from setup through clean up), and the times of the event,

Third, by requesting a date you agree to conform and follow all rules post in the Rules of Use section.
